Writing again for my label: Womens' Health Issue after watching 'Salamat Dok' episode on Breast Cancer Awareness earlier today.
As repeatedly instructed by our Health Care Provider, we must perform Self- Breast examination before and after Menstrual Period to check lumps or any unusual changes for early detection.
A lump or thickening in or near the breast or in the underarm area.
A change in the size or shape of the breast.
Nipple discharge or tenderness, or the nipple pulled back (inverted) into the breast.
Ridges or pitting of the breast, making the skin look like the skin of an orange.
A change in the look or feel of the skin of the breast, areola or nipple such as warmth, swelling, redness or scaliness.
Early breast cancer usually doesn't cause pain. In fact, when breast cancer first develops, there may be no symptoms at all so if we find out any suspicious occurences, we must immediately visit our Health Care Specialist to properly examine and evaluate our case.

Hi, thanks for this instruction. Often times, I really don't give time for myself or even be conscious with my health. But I'll try this one out and hopefully become a habit. Its always better to detect some problems while its not yet that severe. =)
